Kevin J. Barry
For over a quarter of a century, Kevin Barry has provided quality legal representation to clients in the Chicagoland area. Mr. Barry has dedicated his legal practice to all aspects of real estate matters, estate planning, probate estates, guardianships, and business/corporate law.
Following graduation from high school from Marist High School in Chicago, Mr. Barry attended Northern Illinois University where he graduated with a Political Science Scholar Award, the highest honor awarded within the major, all while competing as a Division-I quarterback at the university. Mr. Barry graduated from John Marshall Law School and immediately began his career in private practice following admission as an Illinois attorney.
Within two years of employment at his initial firm, Mr. Barry became a named partner at Murphy & Barry, P.C. In 2002, Mr. Barry founded his current firm of Barry Law, Inc. with the goal of providing his clients the same professional service with a more personal approach.
As one of the founders of the Chicago Real Estate Network, a group of real estate professionals from all industries within the real estate market, Mr. Barry has hosted seminars to educate individuals about the real estate market and its trends. Mr. Barry co-hosted two weekly Chicagoland radio shows (WJOL 1340 AM and 750 AM) devoted to the current issues within the real estate industry.
Mr. Barry is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Additionally, Mr. Barry is frequently lecturer on the needs and benefits of proper estate planning, as well as a Presenter at real estate seminars.
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Mr. Barry currently resides in Oak Lawn, Illinois with his wife, Mary, and their four children: Jack, Brian, Claire, and Brendan.
